Sanjay Raut tenders unconditional apology to Supreme Court over remarks on judiciary, CJI

Shiv Sena (UBT) Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Raut has submitted an unconditional apology to Supreme Court over  his remarks against the judiciary and Chief Justice of India (CJI) Surya Kant. Earlier on Wednesday, October 28, the apex court directed Shiv Sena (UBT) MP to appear before it personally in connection with contempt of court proceedings initiated against him over his social media remarks against the Chief Justice of India (CJI), Surya Kant, and the judiciary.
