Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Haryana, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir, West Bengal, Odisha, Jharkhand, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh are likely to experience unsettled weather, with winds reaching up to 60-65 kmph in several areas.
