Daily Covid cases breach 3,000-mark first time in 46 days, 39 fatalities; Delhi worst affected

COVID-19 India News Updates: India recorded 3,303 new cases of the novel coronavirus, along with 39 deaths due to the infection in the past 24 hours. This is the first time in the last 46 days when more than 3,000 daily cases have been reported in the country. According to the data shared by the Union Health Ministry on Thursday (April 28), the country saw a total of 2,563 discharges in the last 24 hours, taking the total recovery rate at around 98.75 per cent and total recoveries data reached to 4,25,28,126.
