Speedy truck breaks railway barrier; seized with 8 kg poppy straw in J&K's Kathua

A truck jumped a railway barrier near an army camp in Kathua district of Jammu and Kashmir, prompting a search which led to the seizure of the vehicle along with eight kg of poppy straw, officials said on Sunday.
